Life in Reterra Moonrise Expansion adds further depth to the base game, by Eric Lang and Ken Gruhl, which came out in April 2024 (see "'Life in Reterra'"). It allows players to draw new moon tiles to trigger lunar events that produce rewards. The expansion also allows players to construct new buildings and unlock powers to score points. The core game is required to play. This expansion will arrive on August 1, 2025, and retail for $19.99.
Reiner Knizia's Cosmolancer is an intergalactic version of 1994's Kingdoms. In this tile placement game, players take on the roles of freelance photographers. Over the course of three rounds of play, they will try to collect the most Interstellar Credits by placing Photo Op tiles and Imaging Devices on the board. This game is for two to four players, ages 9 and up, and will retail for $29.99. It comes out on June 1, 2025.
